SN International offers direct shipping services to Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) or Walmart WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) warehouses. Here's how it works:
  1. Create Prepaid Shipping Labels: As a seller, you must create prepaid shipping labels through your Amazon or Walmart Seller Account for the products you want to ship to the FBA or WFS warehouses.
  2. FNSKU and shipping labels: Once you have created the shipping plan in Seller Central, please send us the prepaid shipping and FNSKU labels.
  3. We Handle the Rest: Once we receive the prepaid shipping labels, we will take care of the shipping process. We will prepare your products for shipment, attach the labels, and ensure they are delivered to the designated FBA or WFS warehouse.
  4. Tracking and Confirmation: Once the products are shipped from the SN International warehouse, you will receive the confirmation and can track them in Seller Central.
By utilizing our direct shipping services, you can streamline the process of sending your products to Amazon FBA or Walmart WFS warehouses, allowing you to focus on growing your business.

Note: Once the product is shipped from the SN International warehouse, we won't be able to change anything, and we don't have control over the shipping company.

SN International currently operates within the United States and provides services to customers in the country. At present, we do not offer international shipping services, but we are continuously exploring expansion opportunities and may offer them in the future.

We understand the importance of expanding our shipping capabilities to reach global markets, and we are committed to making it happen. The usual processing time for orders at SN International is 9-15 business days after you make your payment and receive the paid invoice if we do not have the product in stock, please note that this processing time may vary depending on the nature of the order and any specific requirements.

Missing Items: If items are missing from your shipment, please follow these steps:
  1. Submit Invoice to Amazon: Submit our invoice to Amazon to include the missing items in your shipment.
  2. Open a Case with Amazon: If the missing items are not resolved through invoice submission, open a case with Amazon's seller support for further assistance.
Defective or wrong Items: To avoid receiving defective or wrong items, we strongly recommend conducting comprehensive research before making any purchase. This includes reviewing product details, specifications, and customer reviews.

Currently, SN International LLC does not offer free shipping. We believe in transparency regarding shipping costs and will always provide you with a clear breakdown of any shipping fees associated with your order.

Future Plans: While we do not offer free shipping at the moment, we are continuously evaluating our shipping policies and may offer prepaid delivery for certain purchases in the future. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible shipping options and service.

Since SN International buys everything directly from the brands/authorized source and all the products we sell and can provide invoices for your purchases, we cannot guarantee the success of the ungating process on Amazon. The decision to ungate a product category or brand on Amazon is at Amazon's discretion. It is based on various factors, including your account health, sales history, seller feedback, and compliance with Amazon's policies.

Our Invoices: Our invoices are legitimate and can be used as supporting documentation for the ungating process. However, it is essential to note that the approval of the ungating request ultimately rests with Amazon.

For FNSKU labels, only thermal labels with a size of Width: 57mm, Height: 32mm are accepted. Follow these steps to print and submit your labels.
  1. Log in to Seller Central and go to Inventory.
  2. Navigate to Manage All Inventory
  3. Find the product you want to label, then click on the three dots on the right side.
  4. Select Thermal Label as the label type, and set the size to Width: 57mm, Height: 32mm.
  5. Enter the Number of Labels needed.
  6. Print the Labels
