At SN International LLC, we want to ensure your experience with us is smooth and transparent. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our refund policy to understand how we handle returns and cancellations.

  1. Notification of Incorrect Information: If you notice any inaccuracies in the information provided during the selling process within 5 business days of receiving your order, please notify SN International LLC promptly. We strive to ensure that your order is accurate and will address any discrepancies as quickly as possible.
  2. Refund Policy Activation: If we have not received prepaid box labels within 10 business days after the dimension email sent from warehouse@snintllc.com, our refund policy will automatically become effective. This policy ensures you have the necessary resources to return your order smoothly.
  3. Cancellations and Restocking: We understand that circumstances may change. If you choose to cancel an order before it leaves our warehouse, we offer the option to do so. Please note that cancellations made after the sale has been completed and funds have been received will incur a 20% restocking fee along with a $75 cancellation fee.
  4. Confiscation Policy: Effective communication is essential. If we do not receive a response from you or if you fail to respond to our email within 30 days, our confiscation policy will apply. In such cases, products will be considered the property of SN International LLC.
  5. Amazon Warehouse Shipments: Once goods have been sent to an Amazon warehouse, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns. Please ensure your choices are final before this stage.
  6. Responsibility for Restricted Items: It’s essential to understand that certain items may be prohibited from being sent to FBA or sold on Amazon due to various restrictions. Before purchase, buyers are responsible for confirming their eligibility to sell specific items on Amazon or other marketplaces. Examples include brands, categories, PPE, hazmat, IP, pesticide, and restricted storage space.
  7. Verification of SKUs and ASINs: To avoid any issues, please double-check your purchase orders (POs) for accurate SKUs and ASINs. This step ensures that our return policy remains aligned with your intended order.
  8. Warehouse Storage Duration: Items waiting in our warehouses for more than 30 days are not covered by our warranty. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to stay informed about account details, including inventory restrictions, hazmat requirements, ungated areas, and more. Items left unattended beyond the specified duration will be disposed of without a refund.
